This is a calm shop that makes you want to stop by when you get close. It is within walking distance from Kashiwa Station on the Joban Line, and you can enjoy it quietly. The ingredients, such as surf clams, red meat, and skin-on bonito, are impressive, and you can really feel the texture and umami. The sushi is small and well-balanced, making you want to keep reaching for more. The tuna is also very satisfying for this class, and the light sushi feels pleasant. The owner is kind and easy to talk to, creating a relaxed atmosphere for ordering, which is delightful.
