The food is all very delicious. I always order the dashimaki! No matter how busy it is, I am impressed by the master's skill in handling everything calmly. It's a once-a-year pleasure, and I go every year, but I definitely plan to go eat there again next year.

The portion sizes were large, and I ended up ordering more than I thought. Every dish was very delicious. When I asked if there were any dishes not on the menu, they kindly served them, and I was really grateful. It became a great memory of my trip, thank you for the meal.

The store's appearance is somewhat 'plain', and at first glance, I thought, 'Oh, is it closed?' The menu has a decent number of items, and especially the drink menu is quite rich, which I think is good. If I had to say something, I felt that the owner could be a bit more friendly! Since it was the first day of a three-day weekend, I thought it would be crowded, so I made a reservation for 5:30, but there was already a family of travelers next to us who had arrived earlier... When they asked, 'Do you have any recommended menu items?' the owner responded coldly while glancing at the menu on the wall, saying, 'It's posted here!' and honestly, it was uncomfortable. I was disappointed to see that, and since I was thinking of asking a similar question, I decided not to. I, too, came all the way here looking forward to enjoying the local delicacies, and I thought it was inappropriate to respond that way... especially after making a reservation. It's just not right... It seems that the regular customers keep the place running, so perhaps travelers are seen as a nuisance.

All the meals were very delicious. Especially the Hida beef grilled with miso and pickled steak are excellent. The costuming is also very good. Please try it.
