It's interesting that Vietnamese ingredients are lined up near the entrance, with seating in the back. The atmosphere inside makes you feel like you've come to the local area, which is exciting. The staff's Japanese is also polite, making it a comfortable place to be. The fresh spring rolls have a chewy skin and the shrimp is plump, perfectly matching the sweet and spicy sauce. The soup has a light texture, yet the umami spreads later, making you want to keep drinking it. The pâté in the banh mi is easy to eat, and the crispy baguette on the outside was very delicious.

Hương Lửa Sài Gòn (Hương Lửa Sài Gòn) is a name that expresses the passionate taste and savory aroma of southern Vietnam. Hương" means aroma, "Lửa" means fire or flame, and the literal translation is "the aroma and flame of Saigon. It sounds appetizing with the fresh aroma of char-grilled savory meats and aromatic herbs.
