At the cafe around the bend, a wooden bear welcomes you. The interior is stylish, and the attentive service that guides you to your seat feels great. You place your order at the table, and you can choose between curly and straight noodles. The yuzu salt lemon has a refreshing citrus flavor that harmonizes with the richness of the broth, and the bowl served in a red dish looks very appealing. Adding homemade chili oil with nuts halfway through changes the flavor dramatically, creating a new deliciousness. The clam broth salt also has a pleasant aroma and pairs perfectly with the straight noodles, and the accompanying bean sprout namul was also delicious.
