This is a restaurant featured in the Michelin guide, with counter seats and table seats available, and smoking is not allowed. The sashimi platter is fresh, and you can really feel the umami and texture. The conger eel has a pleasant aroma from the skin, and the flesh is soft and delightful. The Pacific saury can be enjoyed both raw and grilled, and the flavors are enhanced with wasabi, ginger, and salt. The tempura has a pleasant crunch from the shrimp, and the asparagus is crisp and impressive. I was also pleased that they prepared the fish soup, which was not on the menu, showing their thoughtfulness.
