The interior of the Salad Hall is spacious and filled with light. The weekly changing ballet lunch is piled high with colorful Tokachi vegetables, and you can enjoy it thoroughly even on a single plate. Dishes like chicken mixed stew, shishamo tempura, and sweet potato are served in small portions, offering a homely taste. In particular, the boiled white flower beans are fluffy and pair excellently with the natural sweetness of the vegetables. The soft serve ice cream I ordered for dessert is surprisingly smooth, with a gentle spread of milk flavor. Thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to enjoy a relaxed and healthy lunchtime.
