When you sit at the counter, you first feel relieved by the lively and clean atmosphere of the restaurant. The signature whole grilled chicken takes a little while to arrive fresh from the grill, but even during that time, the savory aroma lifts your spirits. When you cut into the meat with a knife, it is surprisingly moist, and you can savor it down to the bones. The salad with homemade dressing includes locally sourced mozzarella, and the refreshing aftertaste is excellent. The thick pork skewers and the fluffy, chewy texture of the tsukune are also must-try delicacies. The cheerful interactions between the regulars nearby and the master create a pleasant atmosphere, making it a place where you naturally find yourself smiling.
