I found this place near Kamiyama Botanical Garden and decided to go in because it seemed to have a nice atmosphere. The interior is clean and spacious, allowing for a relaxing time. The thin noodles made from Hokkaido buckwheat have a wonderful aroma and slide smoothly into the mouth, providing a pleasant experience. The duck served with the dipping sauce has a delightful roasted aroma that spreads, and the combination of the broth's umami and the richness of the fat is irresistible. A salad was served on the side, and the condiments were also good. The green onions and radish sprouts complemented the hot dipping sauce, and I was very satisfied finishing with the thick soba broth.
