Born in 1970 and originally from Nagano Prefecture, I became involved in the restaurant industry to meet and interact with customers through food. He is committed to spreading the taste of local specialties such as "Shinshu Premium Beef," a black Japanese beef, and "Suwabiton," a local Suwa pork, not only to the local people but also to tourists.
