Upon entering the shop on the second floor, you will find a counter and a small raised area. A moderately spacious and calm atmosphere awaits you. The proprietress, who is particular about Saitama's local sake, offers snacks such as mackerel and pickled pork, which have a gentle flavor thanks to fermentation. Additionally, you can enjoy okra grown in her own farm, served with homemade mayonnaise, making for simple yet delicious snacks. The locally produced sake, exclusively sourced directly from the brewery in Saitama, features many unfamiliar brands, so it's best to communicate your preferences to the proprietress for her recommendations. While warm sake seems to be their specialty, they also serve chilled and room temperature options. The comfortable ambiance made it easy to linger longer and enjoy more drinks, and the bill was reasonable as well.
