As I walk down the stone-paved alley, I come across a quiet door that fills me with excitement. The interior, which makes use of a Showa-era house, is tastefully adorned with latticework and reclaimed wood, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. When I sit at the counter, the friendly bartender asks about my preferences, which puts me at ease. The cocktail made with sake that I received had a blend of sweetness and slight bitterness, making me savor it slowly. The drink made with seasonal fruits was also richly aromatic, evoking a sense of adult playfulness. Even the handmade raw chocolate was carefully crafted, and its pairing with the drinks was outstanding, resulting in a delightful experience.
