The chicken-based savory and delicious soy sauce broth goes well with the wheat-flavored homemade noodles, and the medium-sized pork shoulder loin and chicken breast and thigh meat enhance the moist and delicious meaty texture. The rich variety of ingredients and domestic brands of Noodle and Fukuhara's bowls are appealing, and the richness of the flavored eggs is reputed to be the best. The limited edition thick seafood ramen is also well-received, and the combination of the mellow broth and the straight thin noodles made by Tsurumi Noodle Mills is superb. Menya Fukuhara offers a bowl of ramen with a rich and deep flavor that is very appealing.
