You can enjoy seasonal Japanese cuisine, and each dish has a careful flavor. The dishes using wild vegetables and the enjoyable texture of the sashimi were particularly impressive. The combination of grilled princess bamboo and fuki miso has a pleasant aroma and a long aftertaste. The white miso gratin served in a persimmon dish and the fugu sashimi also provided a sense of playfulness. There are private rooms, and being able to call the staff with a table bell is convenient and nice. The selection of sake is also substantial, and I was satisfied with the matcha ice cream and black soybean parfait for dessert.

This is a restaurant where you can thoroughly enjoy seasonal Japanese cuisine. Various small dishes are served at the beginning, and the snow-under carrots castella and kombu-marinated rapeseed flowers are visually delightful. Both fugu sashimi and fugu hot pot are available, allowing you to slowly savor the crunchy texture and the umami of the broth. The chawanmushi with the aroma of seaweed, the melt-in-your-mouth beef tendon oden, and the simmered cod are also impressive. Dishes made with wild vegetables like kinome and hime-take pair well with fuki miso, and they match perfectly with the selection of sake. The satisfaction continues with snow room-aged roast beef, matcha ice cream, and Nagaoka's black bean parfait.
