It is a shop that is very easy to stop by, just a short walk from Naoetsu Station. The interior is new and clean, with a counter, raised seating, and a second-floor tatami room where you can relax. The main focus is on fresh local fish delivered from the nearby sea, and the freshness is evident. The seafood bowl comes with the toppings served separately, allowing you to fully enjoy the freshness and texture of each ingredient. The aroma of the miso soup and the earthenware steamed dish is pleasant, and the tempura of shiitake mushrooms and fried stingray fins pair well with alcohol. The horse mackerel, flounder, and sweet shrimp are also firm and satisfying.
