A sashimi plate loaded with fresh seafood was brought to the table, and my excitement soared the moment I saw it. The plump shrimp and thick salmon, in particular, spread sweetness the moment they entered my mouth, making me smile involuntarily. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of asking about any fish I might not like before the dishes arrived, allowing me to enjoy the meal with peace of mind. The gentle-tasting soup served with rice further enhanced the aroma of the sea. Being able to relax with a cup of coffee prepared for after the meal is a unique charm of this restaurant. The lively atmosphere typical of a fishing town made for a thoroughly satisfying dining experience until the very end.
