The shop has a nostalgic atmosphere, with a calm counter and tatami-style seating. The cheerful owner prepares everything efficiently, making it a comfortable place to be. In addition to the lean meat and tongue, the offal was also rich in flavor, and I was satisfied with everything. The homemade seasoning, with a strong garlic flavor, made the rice irresistible. They quickly drizzled their homemade sauce over a mountain of rice, allowing me to enjoy it deliciously until the end. The bottled juice matched the atmosphere, and the shop was bustling with regular customers.
