You can enjoy Sri Lankan dishes made only with vegetables and beans. A variety of colorful side dishes are arranged on one plate, and as you eat them little by little, the flavors expand. The gentle aroma of coconut pairs well with the sharp kick of green chili in the curry. With delicate use of spices, the aftertaste becomes more pleasant as you continue eating. The rice from Nagasaki is fluffy and goes perfectly with the curry. Takeout is also available, and the atmosphere conveys a sense of familiarity among the local people.
