The calm interior of the shop, located in a narrow alley just off the station, is primarily black, and you feel a thrill the moment you step inside. With only a few tables, you can relax comfortably, and the atmosphere of the kitchen visible over the counter is also pleasant. The grilled meat, especially the signature beef tongue tasting platter, is outstanding, and I was amazed by the differences in texture and flavor among the various cuts. The Italian appetizer platter is bite-sized with a variety of options, making the wine flow easily. There are also many creative dishes like ravioli with gorgonzola and truffle, which are highly satisfying as snacks. The quiet master engages in conversation and kindly shares information about the dishes and drinks, making it easy to lose track of time.
