I originally liked raw meat and internal organs, and everything I ordered was delicious. For some reason, the customer next to me even explained sake to me (laughs), making it a wonderfully enjoyable meal. The service was also polite, with great timing for engagement and conversation topics. I learned a lot (?). The food took a bit of time to be served, but it was no problem as long as I was drinking in the meantime (о´∀`о). I definitely want to visit again during my trip to Nagano, and it was a place I would like to recommend to everyone!

The food is delicious, and the service is attentive. The handwritten note on the reserved plate for the booked seats is also a nice touch. The selection of sake includes some rare varieties, which is great as well. In casual conversation with the staff, when they suggested, 'If you're using this ingredient, how about this menu?' I was pleased to hear, 'That sounds good, I'll consider it.' However, there is one point: since taste preferences vary from person to person, I personally found some dishes to be a bit on the salty side. If I had known in advance, I could have requested 'a lighter saltiness,' so I look forward to the next visit.

It was raining, so it was not crowded. While enjoying a tasting of five types of draft beer and three types of sake, I had original dishes. The highlight was the beef liver shabu-shabu served with a separate ajillo-style dish. The two types of horse sashimi and the large fried oysters were also delicious.

This was our first visit to the restaurant to celebrate his birthday. The atmosphere was quiet and very cozy. And the food was beautiful and delicious. The waitress was very nice, and when I told her why I came to the restaurant when paying the bill, she smiled and said "Happy Birthday" to him, which made me feel very happy to leave! The food, service, and atmosphere were great, and I would like to go back! I would like to go back to this restaurant again! Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The cost performance might be a bit high, but the food is delicious. It's a hidden gem of a restaurant, so it has a calm atmosphere. You can smoke heated tobacco inside the store.

The food was delicious, and I thought about opting for the all-you-can-drink menu. There were dishes I didn't try this time that I would like to order next time.

I always look forward to the carefully selected sake by the master. Of course, the liver dishes are a must, and the daily recommendations are popular and guaranteed to be good!!

All the dishes were delicious. Today's recommended rock oyster was very tasty.
