The interior of the shop has a warmth of wood, and the L-shaped counter is calming. There is a menu displayed outside, creating an inviting atmosphere. The simmered offal on the sign has no unpleasant smell, is tender and soft, and has a pleasantly spicy flavor that is excellent. The selection of sake is abundant, and if you express your preferences, they will quickly recommend a good drink. Many of the snacks pair well with sake, and dishes like grilled squid and shiso butter sautéed king oyster mushrooms are also delicious. The place is cozy, making it comfortable for one person, and you can enjoy a relaxed time on the second floor.
