Awarded Bouchons Lyonnais, a restaurant certified for local cuisine in Lyon. The restaurant was founded in 1976 by Daniel Léron and is currently run by the renowned chef Joseph Viola, known for his legendary flavors. The dishes have a star-quality taste, have received Michelin recommendations for many years, and have won awards from Gault & Millau (a French culinary guide on par with Michelin). It is the most cost-effective French restaurant in Lyon and comes highly recommended!
