The parking lot is spacious and easy to access by car, and the interior has both tables and tatami seating, making it comfortable to relax. The light-colored thin soba noodles are elastic, and the more you chew, the sweeter they taste, perfectly complementing the dipping sauce. The sauce is slightly strong in flavor, but the umami of bonito and kelp is prominent and lingers. The soba topped with plenty of seaweed has a fragrant aroma that makes eating enjoyable. The tempura shrimp is large, providing satisfaction in both appearance and texture. In addition to soba, there are also udon and rice bowl dishes available, and I am pleased that the nabe-yaki udon comes topped with a long shrimp tempura.
