It's interesting that this place operates in an old house that feels like a hideaway, with only a noren (fabric divider) as a sign. Once inside, there is a tatami room and wooden tables, creating a sense of calm as if you have returned home. The aroma of sesame oil and the sound of frying gently spread, making my stomach growl just by sitting there. The fragrant soba noodles are firm and have a smooth texture, bringing happiness with every bite. The crispy tempura is light and pairs perfectly with the soba. Finally, when I finished off the rich soba broth, I naturally found myself smiling again.
