When you enter, the staff greet you with smiles, and there are both tatami seating and a counter, making it easy to spend time alone. From the kitchen, you can hear the sizzling sounds and smell the delicious aroma, which is exciting. The steak has a perfect tenderness, with the flavor of the lean meat standing out, and the cooking level is just right. You can change the taste with both salt and sauce, and the sauce doesn't taste like a store-bought product, which I prefer. The white rice is fluffy and very delicious, and you can have as much as you like. The warm miso soup is also good, providing a satisfying experience as a set meal.
