A tasteful izakaya where you can drink standing up! Uni Yokocho" is very popular because of its taste and customer service (; ・・`д・´). The sister restaurant to such a popular restaurant has finally opened! The second floor of the renovated old private house has been left with its original wooden flooring... and tatami mat seats are available. The standing counter is also available for a quick drink, and you can watch the chef with an Italian background cooking up a vivid dish. I love to sit at the counter in this kind of restaurant, so I made a reservation and came to the restaurant. First of all...everything is so "cool" (✧Д✧)! The atmosphere of the restaurant, the drinks, the glasses, the presentation... and the taste... and even the customer service (๑-๑̀ㅂ́)و✧ Some of the staff members I had talked with in Uni Yokocho were also there, so I was excited from the very beginning. ▪️ 5 kinds of Sake-no-Makizushi ▪️ 3 sashimi ▪️ fresh eel pie ▪️Horseradish and corned beef potato salad ▪️Legendary rare cuts ▪️Wagyu beef and sea urchin sushi on a stick The colorful and beautifully arranged dishes... this is it! The flavor is light and mature, and the ingredients are used to their fullest (✧Д✧). The lightly vinegared mackerel... the salmon roe casually served on the side... every single thing is so cool! The evening snack "Eel Pie" also has raw eel in the suncha and wasabi in the potato salad...a really good balance. The rare cutlet is made from ichibo (a small fish) that the chef himself deep fried and cut. Lastly, the sushi bar...the best sea urchin was served on top of the sushi bar!
