The soufflé is as light as air, with a texture that seems to disappear in one bite. When you pour cream in the middle and eat it, the aroma and sweetness gently spread, bringing happiness. The variety of flavors like kinako, black beans, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and fig is also enjoyable. The doria has a gentle taste, and I could eat it without getting tired of it until the end. The drinks and shakes are also mildly sweet, and enjoying them as a set was nice. In addition to the attentive service, the sweets and side dishes in the showcase, along with the commitment to quality ingredients, warm my heart.
