The soy sauce flavored yakisoba is packed with vegetables and meat, which I really like. The charred edges are just right, and I'm happy with the portion size. The fried rice is not greasy, with distinct grains, and has a good balance of flavors. The spring rolls are crispy, and the umami spreads from within. The crab omelet is fluffy and has a gentle texture. The mapo eggplant has a lot of eggplant and a nice thickness, which is satisfying.
