Noodle Shop Sho 🥢Concentrated Tantanmen with Cheese Risotto Set 1,000 yen The soup is rich yet easy to drink. The risotto set with the soup is a must-try ✨. I think both men and women will be addicted to it. I myself regularly return to this restaurant. The soup is thick and the flavor of the ingredients is extracted! A thick soup that fills your mouth with the flavor of sesame seeds and other ingredients. I did not feel much numbness. Compared to 175demo, which is famous for its tantanmen, I don't feel it coming at all. I think it is just a faint taste in the nose. The soup is thick but not clingy and easy to drink. Medium-thin, straight noodles with low water content Compared to other noodle stores, the noodles are quite thin. It is about the same size as Nissin's Cup Noodle noodles, but a little thicker. The texture is easy to slice, so it was very easy to eat for those who cannot slurp 🤗. Toppings Hokkaido potherb mustard, cashew nuts, and special meat miso. You can eat it as it is, pour soup on it, or dab it on top. It is delicious no matter what you do, so please try it!
