The interior of the restaurant is stylish and has a quiet atmosphere where you can relax. The service is attentive, allowing you to enjoy your time comfortably from start to finish. The pork is cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a tender, melt-in-your-mouth interior. The mustard-scented sauce pairs well, bringing a smile to your face. The dessert, especially the fromage blanc, is particularly impressive, with a rich depth of flavor that spreads pleasantly with each bite. The matcha terrine is smooth, with a refreshing bitterness balanced by the gentle sweetness of white chocolate, creating a delightful experience.
