The grilled chicken is carefully cooked, fragrant, and very delicious. The liver sashimi is mild in flavor, and when eaten wrapped in shiso with rock salt and sesame oil, it is the best. The tsukune is a fluffy meatball type with a nice aroma, and the negima features large green onions that are the star of the dish, making it enjoyable. The skewers of offal also have a fresh texture, with a pleasant elasticity and bite. The miso served with the appetizer vegetables is very good, making it hard to stop eating. Even the fried foods and doteyaki show a sense of craftsmanship, and the fried shrimp and cartilage are highly satisfying, with pleasant service.
