In a warm space reminiscent of a traditional coffee shop, I felt at ease the moment I walked in. The master has a straightforward Edo-style demeanor, but his thoughtful attention makes it a comfortable place. The sounds of the knife and the sizzling on the iron plate after placing an order create an exciting live atmosphere. The juicy pork sauté had a wonderfully fragrant sear and a rich demi-glace that was exquisite. The side dishes, including salad, miso soup, and pickles, were all well-prepared and delicious. This wonderful shop gives you energy with its heartfelt dishes, naturally bringing a smile to your face.
