The side dishes featuring tofu are all carefully crafted and delicious. It's great that I can buy them at the department store and enjoy them at home as is. The salad with yuba and okara has a rich creaminess and a light texture that made it hard to stop eating. The white miso salad with rapeseed flowers has a fragrant sesame aroma and the umami of white miso, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The tofu dengaku, which is heated in the microwave and topped with miso, is effortless to prepare, and the amount of miso is just right. I also enjoyed the tofu kushi katsu, which is served with chewy fu and a slightly sweet miso.
