Abashiri Fresh Lamb Genghis Khan Flamingo

Aged lamb (shoulder and shoulder) is used and served in a special flat ceramic pot. Grilling with vegetables reduces smoke and allows you to enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients. Miso and soy sauce sauces with a hint of ginger are available to soften the peculiarity of the lamb. Fresh lamb tongue and rare parts of lamb are also in stock, and the menu changes with the seasons.

The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, with counter seats and private rooms available. All seats are non-smoking, and there is a smoking area exclusively for heated cigarettes. The restaurant is also available for private parties, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a private space. It is a comfortable space where you can feel the owner's meticulous attention to detail.

Flamingo opened in Abashiri, Hokkaido on December 2, 2023. As a franchise restaurant of Eijin, a popular jingisukan restaurant in Sapporo, we offer a new jingisukan culture in Abashiri. Using original pots and fresh lamb meat, we aim to be a restaurant loved by local people.
