The entrance has a warm atmosphere and is very comfortable. The interior is filled with recommendations posted everywhere, making it enjoyable just to look around. The miso-nikomi udon served in a cast iron pot is impressive, and the aroma of miso spreads throughout. You can choose the firmness of the noodles, making it easy to customize to your preference. The miso katsu is also a specialty of the restaurant, allowing you to fully enjoy the essence of Nagoya. It's also nice that the entire place is non-smoking, so you can relax and enjoy your meal.
