I ate a kata-yaki soba filled with lots of vegetables, and the savory flavor of the salty sauce combined with the thin, fragrant noodles was irresistible. From the moment it was served, steam was rising, and it stayed warm and delightful until the end. The grilled gyoza had a firm skin packed with the rich flavor of meat, and the aroma was also wonderful. The shrimp chili had a mild spiciness that made it easy to eat, and the balance of ingredients was good. The fried rice with sauce was also loaded with vegetables and seafood, perfectly complementing the egg fried rice inside. The staff casually reminded me, 'Be careful, it's hot,' and they chatted easily with regular customers, creating a warm atmosphere that made it comfortable to spend time there.
