From the outside, it has a somewhat quiet atmosphere, but once you enter, you feel at ease with the warm hospitality of the staff. There are table seats at the back of the counter, and it's nice to be able to sit comfortably. The grilled chicken is slowly cooked over Tosa Binchotan charcoal, and a fluffy, juicy aroma spreads. The liver and chicken breast, finished rare, are tender and packed with flavor, which was impressive. The fragrant shiitake mushrooms and knee cartilage dishes also highlight the taste of the ingredients, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. With pleasant service that sees you off until the end, I left the restaurant with a smile.
