The showcase filled only with chicken is clean and just looking at it makes me excited. The bone-in fried chicken was crispy and fragrant on the outside, while being fluffy and juicy on the inside. The rich flavor that soaked into the bones was so intense that I couldn't help but keep eating. The mildly spicy fried gizzards are addictive with the richness of soy sauce and a hint of spice. Even when kept for a while, the taste didn't diminish, and I was able to enjoy the crunchiness when I took it home. Every dish made by the chicken specialists exceeded my expectations, and I feel excited thinking about the next dish to try.
