In a retro and calming atmosphere, you can enjoy your drinks slowly. The freshness of the fish is excellent, and the sashimi platter is beautifully presented with a strong umami flavor. The mackerel, which is perfectly cured, is particularly to my liking, with its sweet fat standing out. The grilled eel is also impressive, with an irresistible aroma from the crispy skin. The attentive service is delightful, as they pay attention to even the smallest details. There is a rich variety of snacks to accompany the drinks, and the octopus salad and grilled sardines with mentaiko pair exceptionally well with the alcohol.
