This is a restaurant located in the department store's restaurant area, with a spacious floor and ample seating space. Light comes in through large windows, creating an open and pleasant atmosphere. There is a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes to choose from, which is great as you can select according to your mood. The coarsely ground hamburger releases juices when cut with chopsticks, and can be enjoyed lightly with grated soy sauce. The Chinese fried noodles are thin and easy to eat, allowing for flavor variations with mustard and vinegar, and the crunchiness of the burdock root adds a nice accent. Overall, including the miso soup and small side dishes, I felt satisfied and happy to enjoy a leisurely meal.
