Kappo Uotoyo is a traditional eel restaurant with a proud history of 150 years, having been established in the second year of the Bunkyū era (1862). Despite being located in the inland area of Saitama Prefecture, the eels served here are renowned for their rich fat content and tenderness, thanks to the abundance of river delicacies in the region.
