Tenjin Ramen is a restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere that offers ramen, which is perfect for warming up during the winter season. The addition of garlic enhances the flavor, and the spicy taste of the maze-soba (mixed noodles) perfectly complements the ramen. The toppings are also plentiful, including menma (bamboo shoots) and flavored eggs. The dipping sauce, made with plenty of black sesame oil, has a rich taste that becomes even more intense when eaten with the noodles and menma.
