Once you enter, you can relax in a row of seats. The craftsman skillfully manages the charcoal right in front of you, making it enjoyable just to watch. There are many items on the menu, including recommendations posted on the wall, and it's exciting to choose from the beginning to the end. The simmered offal has no odor, and the broth seeps into the tofu and white leeks, making them delicious. The sashimi of real tuna and octopus is fresh, and the grilled hokke is fluffy with an excellent aroma. The skewers of chicken skin and tenderloin are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, pairing perfectly with lemon sour and spicy ginger drinks.
