The interior has a calm atmosphere, and as soon as you enter, a pleasant aroma spreads. The fragrant koji miso soup is rich and pairs well with the thick, curly noodles, providing a delightful texture. The tamari soy sauce soup is also flavorful, and despite its appearance, it has a light taste that makes you want to drink it all. The time spent waiting for the ramen while enjoying some appetizers is enjoyable, and the sashimi and assorted dishes are all carefully prepared. The moment the butter melts, the sweetness and richness spread, making it hard to stop using the spoon. It's open late, making it easy to drop by, and it's a perfect favorite for a nightcap after drinking in Osu.
