This shop is located facing the Venus Line and has a lovely atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house. The ceiling is high, the lighting is soft, and there are sunken hearth seats that create a calming environment. The main dish is 'Tateshina soba' made from buckwheat from the Tateshina Highlands, which has a strong aroma. The dipping sauce is sharp and robust, so it's best to use just a little wasabi and lightly dip the soba. The tempura is crispy, and the shrimp is very delicious, making the combination of soba dishes quite satisfying. The eel is grilled locally, with a fragrant exterior and juicy interior, and the sauce is mild, allowing you to add more to your preference, which was excellent.
