✏️Zenya〖Niza-shi〗, Saitama, Japan ------------------------ The only Sunday when I had free time in the afternoon🌸. Since I had come all the way to Saitama, I decided to tour around in Saitama! I was planning to visit only two places in Saitama, but due to the bad luck of the temporary closing of the office, I could only visit two places in the end and returned to Tokyo right away (lol). First, we had lunch at the ramen restaurant that caught our attention the most in Saitama. This is a long-established restaurant established in August 1999, specializing in salt ramen. Moreover, the owner is a former bureaucratic rah-rah. The store opens at 11:30 and closes when the soup runs out. On average, about 100 bowls are prepared per day, and they run out between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. On early days, the soup is sold out before 2:00 p.m. It is said that the shop is very popular. On this day, I arrived at 11:40 a.m. and was the fifth one. The soup has a clear outline and is full of animal flavor, with a hint of vegetable sweetness and seafood flavor spreading softly. The noodles are medium-thick, thick, and highly watered, and have a Korai-like appearance. The noodles are short in length and have a sticky texture with the sweetness of wheat, and are well mixed with the soup. It is a traditional Chinese noodle salt ver.
