There is a parking lot, making it easy to stop by casually. The smooth sesame sauce on the triangular dumplings pairs well with the gentle sweetness and the chewy thickness of the skin. The dan dan noodles have a light flavor with richness, and the spiciness is moderate, making them easy to eat. The five-ingredient thickened ramen has a pleasant texture when freshly made, with plenty of ingredients, and the crunch of the vegetables along with the tenderness of the pork and squid is impressive. The dumplings have a chewy skin, and the filling has a nice kick from the Sichuan pepper aroma. The style of enjoying small portions on small plates is also delightful, and the atmosphere of the restaurant, with its careful craftsmanship and rows of Shaoxing wine bottles, is comforting.
