It is filled with plenty of ingredients, allowing you to enjoy carrots, potatoes, eggplant, pumpkin, broccoli, okra, cabbage, bell peppers, lotus root, and even quail eggs. The braised pork is tender and falls apart with a spoon. The aroma of the thick fried tofu and fried burdock root adds an accent, making it very satisfying.
