Located in Okonomimura, you can enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki and various teppan dishes. The food is served on plates rather than on the teppan, allowing you to choose your seat and eat comfortably. The seafood okonomiyaki, with shrimp and squid, was fragrant and had a delightful ocean aroma. The crunchy texture of the cabbage and bean sprouts was pleasant, and it was satisfying to eat. The soba was stir-fried with lard, keeping it hot until the end, and you could feel the freshness of the ingredients. The okonomiyaki with oysters had large pieces that were full of flavor, and it was also enjoyable to watch the skillful cooking process.
