I sat at the counter and enjoyed my meal slowly in a calm atmosphere. The edamame that came out first had just the right amount of salt, making it hard to stop eating. The sashimi platter included several types, starting with rainbow trout, and had a sweetness that conveyed its freshness. The grilled chicken thigh was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with juices spreading as I bit into it. I could order the liver and heart one by one, and they had no strong taste, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The cheerful service from the staff was also pleasant and further enhanced the deliciousness of the dishes.
