The interior is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's convenient to choose from tables, counters, and raised seating. The soba noodles are smooth and elastic, perfectly complementing the subtly sweet dipping sauce. The vegetable tempura has a wonderful aroma, allowing you to fully enjoy the taste of the ingredients. The nabe-yaki udon is packed with ingredients, including shrimp tempura, shiitake tempura, mountain vegetables, kamaboko, crab sticks, and seaweed, making it satisfying. The umami and sweetness of the broth, along with the right amount of salt, permeate the noodles, creating a happy feeling.
